Bailey leads the AI side at HandL Agency. His focus is on the time finance firms lose to admin and how AI can give it back, through audits, automations and ongoing consultancy.
That’s the problem most firms come in with. Teams are spending half their week on work that doesn’t need their qualifications, while AI feels overwhelming and the tools change every week. That’s where Bailey comes in. He scopes audits and builds around what each finance business actually needs, with the hours saved measured before anything goes live.
Marketing and AI weren’t originally the plan. Bailey was on track to train as an accountant before changing direction. He spent his early career in digital consultancy, then moved into hands-on SEO and web development, which gave him the technical grounding to make the leap into AI work.
